Site Tour 116 Factory Ave - Mass Timber Office Building Tour

Come join us on site to ask questions about the learned experience of working with CLT and Glulam Mass Timber on site with the structural engineer and the general contractor. The building is a three-story structure constructed of glulam framing with a CLT floor deck and CMU shaft walls. Afterwards feel free to meet back up at Meier's Creek in the Inner Harbor for a Happy Hour get together
Required PPE: Attendees must bring appropriate personal protective equipment. At a minimum, this includes work boots, a hard hat, and a high-visibility safety vest.
All participants must sign and return waivers to admin@seaony.org by Thursday, September 17, 2026. The waivers will be emailed to participants in their registration confirmation email.
Registration is limited to 40 people.
