In recognition of International Women in Engineering Day (INWED 2026), SEAoNY invites you to an intimate, interactive gathering focused on project reality, leadership, and retention in our profession. This session will be led by Cathy Dolan-Schweitzer, a construction leadership advisor with 25+ years of experience leading complex projects. She created the Health Well DoneTM framework to help teams build healthier, more effective project environments.

Student Members*: $10 (Refundable Deposit)
Non-Members: $25

SEAoNY will accept refund requests made in writing no later than Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Registration fees are not refundable after this date.
