ATC-20_Set Procedures for Post-earthquake Safety Evaluation of Buildings
The Association of Haitian American Engineers of NY (ADIHA), in association with Engineers without Borders (EWB) and Applied Technology Council (ATC), are sponsoring a training session on Saturday, February 20, 2010 for post-earthquake building damage as well as bridge structure and pipeline assessments. We invite all Engineers, Architects, Construction Managers and studentsin these fields to attend the class.

Cost:

A $100 donation is required (cash preferred, checks accepted made out to ADIHA, to help defray the costs for this specialized training. This cost will include the training manual which will be provided in hardcopy on Saturday.



Location & Time:

The session will be held in Brooklyn at Medgar Evers College and is scheduled to last 8 hours (9 AM - 5 PM)



Signing up:

We need your commitment immediately so please reply now as the number of seats is limited to 75 people, with priority going to engineers and architects planning to travel to Haiti in the near future. Picture ID is required to enter building.
