10.30.11: SEAoNY Codes Committee Requests Member Suggestions for NYC Code
The Codes & Standards Committee requests recommendations for improvements to the NYC Building Code. Members are encouraged to send specific suggestions by December 1 to: codes@seaony.org.

07.19.11: SEAoNY Announces our 2011-2012 Board of Directors
For the year beginning September 1, 2011, Karl J. Rubenacker will become President. Tim Lynch, Eli Gottlieb and Jeff Thompson will continue to serve their second year as Directors. Kevin Poulin has completed his term as President and Deborah McGuiness has completed her term as Secretary. Cristobal Correa and Vesna Hadzibabic have completed their terms as Directors. SEAoNY thanks all of them for their work for the organization. Elections were held for President-Elect, Secretary, and two Directors.

03.22.12: ICE Americas Convention 2012 - The Challenges of Urbanization
The third ICE Americas Convention will take place in New York City, 22nd - 24th March 2012. The Convention is intended to provide a forum for knowledge sharing, discussion and networking, bringing together engineers from across the
region and is open to both ICE members and non-members. Delegates will be able to meet, interact and network with both local and international industry leaders and to observe the latest developments in the reconstruction of the World Trade Center site.
