Building in New York: Construction Administration, Means and Methods

February 7, 2017 

Constructing in New York presents a varying set of challenges. As structures in New York get taller and more complex, the role of the structural engineer in the construction phase has become more important. More and more often, structural engineers find themselves working with the contractors and fabricators during the design phase to alleviate complex construction challenges including structural stability, logistics, and difficult steel connections and coordination.

This seminar is designed to assist in understanding these topics that are not always part of the design professional’s base scope of work. Join us as recognized experts share practical information that can help you and your client construct a better structure.
